American Diamond Logistics provides Full Truckload services throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico via Dry Vans, Refrigerated Vans and Flatbeds. Our vast network consists of over 15,000 contracted carriers, which provides us the ability to properly service all corners of North America regardless of pickup or delivery location.
ADL utilizes multiple screening tools to conduct background checks on carriers prior to dispatching them on a shipment. Carriers are also kept on a constant scoring system in our homegrown TMS software program, NavigatorTMS. Carriers must maintain exemplary on-time service levels to avoid non-active status with ADL. Periodic “Carrier Scorecards” are sent to each carrier, notifying them of their current score and service levels.
