We can help route these types of shipments appropriately to limit price increases and maximize delivery efficiencies. Communication along the way is also key, and our operations staff maintains contact with all stops along these routes. This constant communication allows each consignee to properly plan manpower, and also allows the drivers to get unloaded as planned.

Our pricing structure on these types of shipments can be negotiated up front and be in the form of RPM, which allows ours clients to keep standard pricing on “out of route” lanes. In many cases we use the same carrier to handle these specific lanes, so that consignees along the route get accustomed to seeing the same drivers each week.
