Agent Requirements:
Established book of business preferred
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Superior problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Outstanding people skills – Proficient negotiating skills
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
Dedicated office with laptop, high speed internet, phone, fax, printer copier/scanner
Agent Responsibilities
Service the needs of your customers using only ADL authorized carriers
Enter all load information into NavigatorTMS daily and accurately
Provide customers tracking capabilities utilizing FreightTracer
Assist ADL in the settlement of claims submitted by any of your customers
Effectively manage your accounts and resolve your customer’s concerns
